old towels distant location

I found the towels in the bathroom quite worn. They felt old and rough. The location was also not ideal. It was also a 20-minute taxi ride to Siam Square.

Fantastic stay!

clean room excellent soundproofing easy access relaxing experience

The room was spacious and clean. The soundproofing was excellent. It was VERY quiet. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! I found it easy to access cabs and tuk-tuks. The rooftop infinity pool on the 5th floor provided a relaxing experience after a day of exploring.

The hotel corridors lacked air conditioning, made them uncomfortably warm at times.

warm welcome detailed overview clean suite

the staff offered me a really warm welcome. the receptionist gave a detailed overview of my reservation and confirmed my preferences. i booked the executive suite and it was spacious and modern. very clean. it was the best value for money!!

this makes getting around a bit difficult. i hope they finish it soon!!

I really appreciate the assistance staff in the lobby. They provided umbrellas when it rained. Staff helped me with taxi service. the gym and pool were nice.

Reasonable Stay , Some Drawbacks

spacious room tasty breakfast

I stayed in the Beautiful King Room for three nights. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty , and it offered plenty of variety.

They are building a new train station , which the staff mentioned would take several years. Hot water fluctuated during showers , going from cold to very hot.
